Your Sharp MFP must be connected to your network and configured with your company's SMTP email server settings, including server address, port, and authentication credentials. Our factory-trained technicians handle this setup during installation, after which you can select 'Scan to Email' on the touchscreen, enter a recipient address, and send.

Place the document in the feeder or on the glass, select the Scan to Email function on the MFP's touchscreen, enter or select the recipient's address from the address book, choose file format and resolution, then press start. The scanned file is emailed as an attachment within moments.
